Raise your hand if your skin is flakey and dry right now. My skin care routine changes every season depending on the weather and how my skin is reacting. I have sensitive and combination skin but I constantly find myself leaning more on the dry side this fall.
Here are 3 of my favourite things to do during this Fall season to hydrate and pamper my skin.
To be honest you could do all three of these things at the same time lol. Before I get into the details I just want to mention that I love anything and everything lavender scented!
Not only does a bath help with stress but with what type of soaps you’re using on your body and the type of lotions you apply on your skin after your bath.
2 key products I use:
Calming Lavender Handmade Soap – This handmade soap makes my skin feel so soft and the lavender scent is super strong and makes my bath that much more enjoyable.
Scent free Moisturizing Hand & Body Lotion – After my bath, I always have to remember to moisturize my entire body because my skin can really dry up after a bath. This lotion contains shea butter so it makes my skin extra soft!
*If you have sensitive skin this is perfect for you because it is scent free.
After using any face mask it’s important to keep your face hydrated to the MAX! Plus, if you don’t use a serum already… you need to start asap.
2 key products I use:
Radiance Facial Oil Serum – I use the serum under my facial cream to help keep my skin hydrated, soft, and smooth. This is the key to getting that under glow in your skin, aka that natural ‘highlight’ look.
Radiance Facial Cream – We all need a solid hydrating cream that we can trust that won’t irritate our skin and actually works. I’ve been using this cream for the past week and it’s changed how my makeup looks. I apply this right after I apply the serum.
Morning meditation is great but I enjoy meditating at night the most before bed. I love using the lavender scented de-stress essential oil from Scentuals for my temples.
Scentuals has a wide range of all natural products for all your skin needs. I also got my hands on their travel kit and I’m stoked to use it next month while I’m away! Check out the products I mentioned in the blog here: Scentual Products
